will exercise reasonable care in making arrangements for accommodations,
meals, transportation, and all programs, activities and other services
specified in the Active Culture Programme itinerary. However, they
do not assume any liability for any personal injury or accident
to any person involved in the programmes nor assume responsibility
for loss of or damage to, baggage or other personal property of
tour participants. Neither are they responsible for any liability
on the part of any institution, carrier, company or person rendering
any of the services included in the programs or for delays or schedule
changes caused by weather, strikes, sickness or any other factors
beyond their control. All programme participants are advised to
take out special travel insurance to cover various contingencies.
Baggage is carried at owner's risk. Oideas Gael reserves the
right to cancel a programme (with full refund), or to make appropriate
changes in any itinerary, in the vested interests of the participants. |
