Booking Info and Procedures

Course fees cover classes, lectures, recreational and most evening cultural activities. (Some evening concerts organised by other groups may involve an admission fee.)

The fee for at least one course selected should accompany the application form.
If booking more than one course, the balance of fees is payable at least 4 weeks in advance of the courses selected.

 • VISA / MasterCard / LASER payments are welcome. Please supply details on the
    secure online registration form or download and use the form from our brochure to pay by post.

 • Personal cheques in currency other than Euro are acceptable, as are money orders
    and other international payment methods.  

 • International bank transfer payment (IBAN) is also possible (Contact us for details).
    Be wary as extra bank charges are occasionally incurred by some payment methods. If you want to
    register online uaing IBAN, you may submit your registration using our secure form, with the appropriate
    box checked under payment method, and we will contact you with the necessary information to begin
    the transfer. Please be certain your contact information is correct!

 • Costs incurred by Oideas Gael as a result of banking transaction fees or currency differential
    must be settled upon arrival for course.

To book a course:

Use the form on our secure server to reserve your place using your credit card online!

register by mail or fax.

You may also give card details on the booking form in our printed brochure and return it by post.  
You can downlowd a pdf of our 2012 brochure or just the form.

PLEASE NOTE: Credit card payment is accepted only for Oideas-Gael courses and for on-campus accommodation. All other accommodation is paid by students directly to their accommodation providers during the courses.

To ensure a place on the course of your choice—
it is advisable to book at least one month in advance of that course.

Please add oideasgael@eircom.net to your email contacts, when you book a course online.
This will ensure that our confirmation and travel details go directly to you rather than to your spam folder. Confirmation will be sent shortly after we receive your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Course fees, less € 60 handling charge,
are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of course.
